Relief for some, pain for others...

It's about time you may be saying or you may be wincing at having more of my thoughts to read, but here goes..I've really just been working and going out on occasion. I had my 21st birthday on the 13th, whoohoo:D Finally of age to consume and buy alcohol, though consumption has taken place anyways hehe..so I'm just eating the chinese I brought home from last night and it is so tasty reheated. There aren't many things you can say that about, especially pasta, but chinese is better reheated in my opinion. I'm trying to think here...I'm heading back to school on August 12th. Why so early you ask? For hall government and HOT, though to be honest, I think I'm skipping out on the HOT stuff cause I really don't want to be involved in it. When I was asked to volunteer and I said yes, he promptly told me that he had already put my name down anyways...got me a little miffed, so not sure if I'm actually going to volunteer. I had a nice four day vacation in Jonesport, Maine..beautiful place, let me tell you:) I could have stayed for a whole week and been so so happy. The house was right on the ocean with a gorgeous view and there was a slight breeze every day that smelled fabulous and I just wanted to stay forever. But alas, work required me back by Wednesday so off we went. I gave my manager my notice today and so it's a couple more weeks and then school..which excites me and it doesn't at the same time. Homework and going to class don't thrill me, but I'm excited to see my friends and decorate my room and be on my own. My mother is driving me crazy and I can't wait to leave and not have to deal with her for a while. She's too motherly. It's not like I'm a crazy kid..I'm not immodest or slutty or anything, but she keeps trying to get me to be more of what she wants me to be and I can't take it.

I had one of our cars die on my today..quite the excitement I must say. It was the head gasket that blew and so the car is officially dead. The smell was horrible and it was billowing smoke and leaking stuff..not so good. Hahaha oh a funny story. At work tonight, there was this little boy with his mom and he was talking to me about the horse fabric and I showed him this fabric with Pooh on it and he was saying colors and stuff. I had put the fabric back and started to walk off and he goes 'hey lady!' The kid was only two at the most and I had to laugh cause he was motioning me over with his hand and it was just too cute:) I think though, that I'm off to watch some Stargate..it's so very addicting and funny..and so I will talk to you all later.
